Omnidirectional combined GSM/GPS antenna
Omnidirectional combined antenna, designed for signal reception in GSM/GPS technologies. The antenna operates in bands 900/1800/1900/2100/1575.42 MHz. In combination with an amplifier, this active antenna achieves a gain of up to 30 dBi in GPS band. It is suitable for use in cars and other vehicles. Two RG174 / U cables with a length of 5 m are attached to the antenna, which are terminated with FME (f) and MMCX90 (m) connectors.
Connector specifications MMCX:
These are coaxial connectors with a latch mechanism, which are compatible with MCX connectors but have a smaller size. The characteristic impedance of the connector is 50 Ohm and the working frequency range up to 6 GHz. Operating temperature range -65 °C to + 165 °C. They are characterized by high reliability and mechanical stability. They are also used as standard connectors in GPS devices, WLAN networks, fixed and mobile communications.

FME coaxial connectors are characterized by high reliability and mechanical stability. The characteristic impedance of the connector is 50 Ohm and the operating frequency ranges up to 2 GHz. Temperature range is -65 °C to +155 °C. Thanks to their compact size and long longevity, the FME connectors are used in the field of mobile communications as well as for GSM antennas. They are suitable for installation in vehicles as well.
Cable specifications RG174 / U:
The cable labeled RG174 / U is a basic variant of a coaxial cable that is compatible with connectors applicable to a cable diameter of 2.8 mm. The characteristic impedance of the cable is 50 Ω. The reduction factor is fixed at 0.66. The operating temperature range is -20 to 80 °C. It is most often used for creating cable adaptors with connectors such as BNC / FAKRA / FME / MCX / MMCX / N / SMA / SMB / SMP / TNC and others. It is ideal for short and bending stressed connections in measuring and telecommunications technology, for GPS / GSM / WLAN antennas, antenna leads etc.
