The SECTRON LITE portable charging station is a compact device designed for quick and easy charging of an electric car, for example at a family house, at a weekend cottage or in a company. Thanks to its compact size, the portable charging station can be easily carried in the trunk of an electric car and it can be used at the destination where a three-phase five-pin red 400 V 16 A socket (CEE 5-pin 400 V 16 A) is available. Just connect the portable charging station to the mains and you can start charging your electric car. For electric car users, a portable charging station represents a significant advantage in terms of flexibility and convenience. This portable charger is intended for charging electric vehicles with a TYPE 2 charging connector (IEC 62196) and has a maximum output of 11 kW. It can be easily attached to the wall, making it easy to use. The IP55 rating ensures resistance against dust, rain or splashing water, which means that the charger can be also used outdoors.
Delayed start of charging
The portable charger is equipped with a delayed start function, thanks to which you can delay the start of charging according to the current consumption of the household/company or according to the low/high tariff, thereby take advantage of the cheaper rates of the low tariff or influence the end time of charging of your vehicle. The delayed start is set manually in steps of 30 minutes in the range from 0 to 12 hours.
Electricity meter
The station is equipped with an electricity meter without memory. The electricity meter provides information about the energy transferred to the car's battery in real time. However, the SECTRON LITE charger cannot display the charged energy after disconnecting the charger from the power source for later checking.
Setting the charging current limitation
The charging current is adjustable in steps in the range from 6 to 16 A. You can thus manually limit the charging power according to the parameters of the circuit breaker or the situation in a specific object. A portable charger is not able to dynamically control the charging process in relation to the whole house as a stationary wallbox with a SmartMeter or a SolarManagement can.
LED Display
In addition to the LED indicators that show the charging status, it has a 1.8-inch LED display that shows the consumed current, voltage, current charging power, the temperature of the charger, the charging time and the already charged energy to the car.
Cable
A three-phase charging cable designed for charging electric vehicles with a maximum current of 16 A and a power output of 11 kW. The EV cable is a type of flexible cable for the connection of an electric vehicle with a Type 2 connector. The cable length is 4 m from the unit, the total length is 5 m.
The portable charging station is packed in a practical bag made of high-strength nylon, which protects the cable from damage during transport or storage. The packed charger also saves space in the trunk of the electric car.
