MyBox DLM - dynamic power management, 2nd generation
The set for dynamic power management measures the current consumption of the building or its partial circuit and evaluates the available power for the MyBox charging stations. It then controls the charging current according to the available input power. As soon as peak consumption occurs, for example when charging an electric car and turning on a heat pump or other powerful appliance at the same time, the charging power is automatically reduced. For charging there is always a maximum of free power available at any time. This prevents the main circuit breaker from tripping.
The SensorBox 2nd generation and the MyBox Home station can be connected via a wireless Wi-Fi connection or by using a physical cable connection to the RS485 interface.
The set includes:
• SensorBox for equipping MyBox Home with dynamic power management functions
• 12 V power supply (for evaluation unit)
• Cable to determine the correct polarity of the unit
• 3× measuring coils
• 2× 120 Ohm resistor for the termination in case of connection via Modbus (placed on the evaluation unit)
Technical parameters can be found in the datasheet attached.
