Olife Energy DC 160 kW Stand Charging Station
DC fast charging stations for electric vehicles charge with a power of up to 160 kW. The charging station is directly connected to the traction battery of the electric vehicle and controls the entire charging process. The power electronics are located directly in the rack and for powers from 120 kW, additional cabinets are required.
Robust design for outdoor use
The Olife Energy DC 160 kW Stand Charging Station features IP54 protection and is designed for outdoor installation. It is available as a free-standing unit and equipped with a single CCS2 connector cable, 5 meters in length.
Optionally, the station can be fitted with an additional AC Type 2 / 22 kW socket.
User authorization
The unit includes an RFID card reader for user authorization and LED status indication.
The RFID reader enables user authorization using commonly available contactless cards or chips (access cards, customer cards, etc.). The RFID module can operate locally with cards stored in the station’s internal memory.
Remote control and monitoring
The station is fully compatible with the OlifeEnergy Cloud platform for remote monitoring, control, and power regulation. It can also be operated via RFID cards, a mobile app, or the OCPP protocol. The output of all connected charging stations can therefore be managed remotely.
This DC fast charging station is ideal for company parking lots, fuel stations, shopping centers, and areas with a high density of electric vehicles.

The functionality of the charging station can be expanded by the following hardware components at the customer's request:
Dual charging
An optional feature allows fast charging of two electric vehicles simultaneously. In Dual mode, the station can charge two EVs at once.
SmartCharge Module
A smart computing unit that extends the charging station with OlifeEnergy Cloud services and OCPP protocol support. It provides remote communication (LAN, GSM), diagnostics, power management, charging monitoring, and control via RFID chips or the OlifeEnergy mobile application. The GSM module extends SmartCharge functionality with mobile data communication.
Access control (OlifeEnergy Cloud)
OlifeEnergy Cloud is a platform for remote monitoring, management, control, and billing of electric vehicle charging stations. The platform offers several service packages that can be combined as needed.
This service allows management of RFID user chips and smartphone application user management. A List of all individual charging sessions (user, time and consumed energy) data is available to the charging station owner with this service.
Remote monitoring
Basic service for remote communication with the charging station. The user is informed about status and energy consumption - including historical data. The Remote Monitoring Service includes free presentation of the charging station in the OlifeEnergy Net charging network.
Power control
A load balancing service for advanced control of the charging station. If there is not enough power to charge the E.V., or E.V. fleet, consumption of the charging station(s)can be managed based on specific maximum with draw limits (weak grid) or dynamically (based on maximum consumption of the building in a certain time frame).
