Robustel EV8100: Industrial VoIP/VoLTE 4G Gateway
The Robustel EV8100 is an industrial-grade gateway specifically designed for elevator systems. It integrates multiple devices into one, including a cellular router with Wi-Fi support and a two-way voice communicator with VoIP and VoLTE capabilities. The EV8100-B-A12 model offers expanded interfaces and enables remote monitoring and management of elevator communication systems, facilitating rapid and efficient resolution of any issues or faults. This model is intended for use in Europe.
Wide Connectivity and FXS Interface Support
With its RS232, RS485, and CAN bus interfaces, the gateway enables seamless communication between the cellular network and the elevator intercom system. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.2, and Docker software, which automates the deployment of applications into so-called containers.
Thanks to the FXS interface for plug-and-play connection of analogue devices and Dual-SIM support with failover, the EV8100 serves as a full replacement for analogue lines in cases where landline access is unavailable or being decommissioned.

Operating System
The device runs on the RobustOS Pro operating system, based on the Debian 11 Linux distribution. This platform ensures full support for containerization via Docker, providing easy deployment of custom containerised applications.
Industrial Network Security
The EV8100 is engineered for operation in extreme conditions. It ensures secure connectivity with various VPN options, including IPsec and OpenVPN. The Smart Roaming feature guarantees an uninterrupted connection when moving between carrier cells, which is crucial for mobile applications.
Centralised Management with RCMS
For maximum operational efficiency, the EV8100 gateway is fully integrated into the Robustel Cloud Manager Service (RCMS) cloud platform. This service enables remote management, monitoring, and diagnostics of network devices, thereby minimising operational costs.
