The main difference between NSA, Non-Standalone Architecture, and SA, Standalone Architecture, is that NSA uses elements of the 4G radio access network, while SA connects devices directly to the 5G core network, with control signalling fully independent of the 4G network.

For extremely fast wired device connections, Ethernet ports are also available: one LAN port at 1 Gbps and one WAN or LAN port at 2.5 Gbps.
