Combined LTE MIMO / GPS / GLONASS Antenna
This combined antenna is designed to receive LTE and GNSS (GPS, GLONASS) signals. It operates in the 1575.42–1602 MHz, 698–960 MHz, and 1710–2690 MHz bands. The integrated low-noise LNA amplifier achieves an excellent gain of 28 dB in the GPS/GNSS band.
Thanks to its high IP67 protection rating, the antenna is ideal for outdoor installations. It is perfectly suited for navigation systems, vehicle tracking applications, and fleet management. The antenna is equipped with three 3-meter RG174 cables, each terminated with a standard SMA male connector.
Connector specifications SMA:
These are high-frequency connectors with a screw-type coupling mechanism. The characteristic impedance of the connector is 50 Ω, and the operating frequency range extends up to 18 GHz. There are two main types: SMA and RP-SMA (Reverse Polarity SMA).
Most current cellular routers are equipped with SMA connectors for connecting 2G/3G/LTE/5G and GPS/GNSS antennas. In contrast, RP-SMA connectors are typically used for connecting Wi-Fi antennas. SMA connectors also serve as an industry standard in RF measurement technology. They are known for their high reliability, durability, mechanical stability, and optimal electrical properties.
Cable specifications RG174 / U:
The RG174/U is a basic coaxial cable with an outer diameter of 2.8 mm. Its characteristic impedance is 50 Ω, and the velocity factor is 0.66. The operating temperature range is from –20 °C to +80 °C.
This cable is ideal for short and flexible connections in measurement and telecommunications technology, for GPS/GSM/WLAN antennas, or for antenna leads. It is often used to produce cable adapters and pigtails fitted with connectors such as BNC, FAKRA, FME, MCX, MMCX, N, SMA, SMB, SMP, TNC, and others.
