Robustel Use-Case: Network Connectivity for Retail Stores
Hakmar Express is a popular chain of retail stores found almost all over Turkey. The company was founded in 1997 and has dynamically grown from a single store to nearly 1000 stores thanks to its popularity, private label brands, and customer approach.

Challenge
In 2022, there was an urgent need to connect stores and headquarters via a secure network connection to a private network. This solution was to allow all electronic devices, from POS systems to employees' personal phones, to access the internet without interruptions while providing centralized management. Hakmar Express required a system that would allow router configurations to be managed from one location, batch configuration on routers, and possible regional grouping of routers, all while eliminating the costly construction of an optical network.
Solution
Robustel proposed a secure network connection solution for each Hakmar Express store branch with headquarters using their Robustel 4G routers with integrated RobustVPN application. In the stores, internet access was then supported by an office-type Access Point.
