The Teltonika RUTC54 industrial 5G router provides uninterrupted, high-speed internet connectivity anywhere in the world. It features a global Telit 5G modem (Sub-6 GHz, SA/NSA, 3GPP Release 16) with download speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps.
With Dual SIM and eSIM technology and automatic failover, you stay connected even if one network goes down. The router supports edge computing with Docker running directly on the device, offers Wi-Fi 6 and enables convenient centralized management through the Teltonika RMS cloud platform. Global 5G Connectivity
The industrial router is equipped with a Telit modem that supports ultra-fast 5G connectivity, with download speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 900 Mbps. Where 5G is unavailable, the device automatically and seamlessly switches to high-speed LTE Cat 19, with speeds of up to 1.6 Gbps, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
Dual SIM + eSIM
For maximum reliability, the router has two Mini SIM card slots and a built-in eSIM that can store up to seven different profiles. Switching between SIM cards happens automatically in the event of a weak signal, network outage, roaming or exhausted data allowance. You can change the operator or profile remotely, without sending a technician to the site.

Edge Computing with Docker
With powerful hardware—a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor (1.3 GHz), 1 GB of DDR4 RAM and 8 GB of eMMC storage—the router can run containers and custom applications directly on the device. This allows data to be processed locally without constant reliance on the cloud.
Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6
Wireless connectivity is provided by the modern Wi-Fi 6 standard (802.11ax) with MU-MIMO technology. It delivers speeds of up to 2,402 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and up to 576 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. The router can handle up to 512 users connected simultaneously and fully supports mesh networking and fast roaming.
5× Gigabit Ethernet
Wired connectivity is provided by five 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit ports, configured as 1× WAN and 4× LAN. LAN1 also supports passive PoE input, providing flexible power options.
Industrial-Grade Security
Data and network protection are ensured by a TPM 2.0 encryption chip, an advanced firewall, DDoS attack protection, VLAN support and 802.1X. The router supports a wide range of '>VPN protocols, including OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, ZeroTier, Tailscale and many others.
Rugged Design for Demanding Environments
The RUTC54 has an anodized aluminium housing and operates in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +75 °C, with humidity levels of 10 to 90% (non-condensing). It is powered via an industrial 4-pin connector over a 9–50 V DC range, with reverse-polarity and overvoltage protection. It can be mounted on a DIN rail or wall, or placed on a flat surface (mounting kits are sold separately).
Industrial Protocols and IoT Integration
The router supports Modbus TCP, MQTT, DNP3, DLMS/COSEM, BACnet and OPC UA. It can connect to cloud platforms such as Azure MQTT, AWS IoT Core, Cumulocity and ThingWorx. Integrated GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS) supports location tracking and geofencing. The router also includes a digital input and output, plus a USB port for external devices.
Remote Management with RMS
